- Salt to taste
- Water as required

- Seive the wheat flour, add all dry masala, salt and oil and mix it well. Add grated bottle gaurd, green chilli and coriander leaves finely chopped. Mix it well and you will see that bottle gaurd releases its water. So will require vert little water to knead the dough.



- Grease your palm with oil and knead the dough well. Make small balls out of it and take one roll it like thin chapati. Place it on hot tava and roast flipping both the side one by one applying oil as required.
