- In a pan add dry chickpeas 2 cups boiled with 2 tea bags and water & salt and cook it for 45 minutes or untill fully cooked.
In a pan add oil, ghee, bay leaves, onion, ginger garlic paste, green chillies and mix it well.
- Add tomato puree and add the dry masalas - turmeric powder, amchur powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt to taste & anardana powder.

- Add the chickpeas to the masala and water and cook it for 8-10 minutes.
Mash few of the chickpeas for consitency garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
