- 1 cup Curd

- Cook rice al dente and keep aside. In a pot, heat ghee and add cumin seeds. Next add asafoetida and crushed coriander seeds. Now add all the whole spices. Saute all these for a minute and then add the sliced onions.
- Keep the heat on a low only. Saute the onions until light brown and done. Now add the chilli flakes and the chopped chillies along with the pav bhaji masala.
- Add beaten curd and saute it well. Also add boiled green peas and allow them to simmer the raw smell of Curd fades away for about 10-12 minutes. Adjust salt according to taste. Add cooked rice to it after done and mix it well.
- Cover it with a lid and let it just stay warm on a low heat until ready to serve for about 10 minutes. Serve it with any raita of your choice.
