- Sb se pehle kisi malmal ke kpray Mein sabit dhania,sonf, sabit zeera,Kali mirch,Hari elaichi,jayfal,jawetri,darcheeni,laung, sb ko kpray Mein dal Kar potli bana lain.


- Ab aik pateeli mein mutton add krain,lehsan adrak,pyaz or potli dal Kar gosht glne tak yakhni bana lain.



- Ab kisi dosri pateeli Mein oil add krain,kala shah zeera,3 Hari elaichi 1 darcheeni ka tukra,or pyaz dal dain.or pyaz light brown krlain. Or thori c pyaz baad Mein garnish ke liye alag krlian. Is ke baad is mein Hari elaichi b shamil krdain.



- Ab youghrt b add krdain or gosht ko bhoon lain achi trha.
