- In a pan, add one cup of oil in a oil brown the onions then add cumin seeds,turmeric powder and mutton and cook for 30 mints until the mutton tender.
- Then add chopped tomatoes, yogurt, red chilli powder,salt and biryani packet and water stir well.. And cook until mutton done.
- Now take another pan, spread the oil then add the layer of boiled rice then spread gravy layer again add rice layer, in the add spread mint, green chillies, food colour, kewra and lemon slices and cook on dum for 5 to 6 mints..yummy Biryani is ready💟❣
