- Put oil in a pan,let it heat,fry your onions until golden brown.
- In the same oil, fry your potatoes until cripsy
- Preboil your rice in low heat
- In a pan,put your marinated mixture n let it cook,add your tomato puree,potatoes n fried onions.Let it cook until oil starts separating itself from yoghurt.
- In a pan,put little oil,let it heat,add some rice,then follow with biryani then rice on top.
- Mix food colour n with some oil then pour on the biryani.Cover it n let it cook under low heat for 5minutes.
