- 2 badian Kay phool
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds

- 1 pinch food color or as needed
- Fresh coriander
- leaves Mint
- 1 tomato slices
Instructions to make to make Eid Special Beef Biryani
- Take a pressure cooker and heat oil in it, add chopped onions and fry till golden brown then add meat and mix well.
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry till meat become golden brown then add all dry spices "for masala" and mix well with meat.
Add chopped tomatoes and yoghurt. Mix and add water. - Close the lid and cook till meat become soft
Open lid after releasing pressure. Evaporate water and mix till oil separated from meat.
Add lemon juice and mix, then add food color. - Take a big vessel and add water.
Add Al the spices for rice and let it boil very well with covering lid
Add rice and cook till 90% done.
Drain water from rice and keep a side - Now take vessel add one layer of rice than meat mixture than cover again with rice. Add food color on top if you want add fresh coriander, mint and tomatoes and cover. Cook on simmer for 15 minutes
Mix gently and dish out. Serve with raita and salad
