  4. Haldi powder half tsp
  5. 1 kg Beef
  6. Red Chilli Powder 2 & ½ tbsp
  7. 2 tbsp Coriander Powder
  8. 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  9. 2 tbsp Red chilli crushes
  10. 1 tbsp White jeera
  11. Salt as your taste
  12. 1 cup Yoghurt
  13. Mint leaves 4-5 tbsp
  14. 2 glasses Water
  15. Mint leaves 4-6 tbsp
  16. Rice Ingredients:
  17. Garam Masala Whole (3 green cardomon,
  18. 1 Black cardomon,2 cinnamon stick, 2 star anise,
  19. 5 long, 2bay leaf)
  20. Salt as your taste
  21. Mint Leaves 3-4 tbsp
  22. 1 kg Rice
  23. Tomatoes 2 chopped
  24. 18-20 Green chilli
  25. Mint leaves 5-6 tbsp
  26. Boiled Aloo (Potato)
  27. 1 tsp Jaifel jawatri powder
  28. Food Colour Orange colour
  29. 1 tbsp Kehwra
  30. 1/2 tsp Sugar
  31. Mint leave & Fry Onion
  32. 3-4 tbsp Oil

Instructions to make to make Beef Biryani

  1. Take a Cooking pot add oil & onion and cook until onion become golden brown then take out half onion in other plate.
  2. Then add ginger garlic paste and haldi powder and then cook 2 mins atleast. Then add beef & cook 4-5 mins.
  3. Then add Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala, Red chilli crushes, White jeera, Salt as your taste, Yoghurt,tomato, Mint leaves, Water. Then Cover it to cook until meat tender.
  4. In other pot take a oil and add whole Garam Masala Whole (3 green cardamoms, 1 Black cardamom, 2 cinnamon stick, 2 star anise, 5 long, 2bay leaf) and cook light brown and add rice, Salt, and add 4 glass water and cover it wait until cook the rice
  5. When Rice cooked full done when water become dry then separate half rice add the meat gravy again add half rice in this gravy and sprinkles the food colour, add few drope of rose water,add fry onions drain, jaifel jawatri, cardomon powder and add 3 spoon oil, add half tspn sugar and cover it to
  6. Cook at low flame for 10 mins (Dum per pakein 10 mins ke liye)
