- Chilli Powder As required
- 2 Spoon Garam Masala
- 1.5 Spoon Coriander Powder

Instructions to make to make Vegetable biryani
- Wash Basmati Rice Thoroughly and Soak in water for 30 mins.
- This Recipie can be cooked in Rice Cooker. OR directly In a vessel closed with lid.
- Add 3 spoons Oi, Ghee. Add cloves, elaichi, Cardamom, star anise, bay leaves and saute for a min. Now add finely chopped ginger, garlic, onions, green chillies. Saute till golden brown.
- Now add all vegetables. Allow it to cook for 5 min in low flame. Now add all spice powders(chilli powder, masala powders,salt..). Mix well and add curd and allow it to clook for 2 mins..
- Now add coriander and mint leaves. Now add the soaked basmati rice (Thoroughly rinse it 2 or 3 times after soaking it in water for 30 min to drain away the starch). After a min. Now add water.
- Allow it to cook for 30 -40 min. After Cooking dont disturb for another 10 min..Finally mix well and garnish with Coriander.. The Vegetable Biryani is Ready to Serve with Raita
