  2. 3-4 Potato
  3. 1 Cup Yogurt
  4. 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  5. 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder (or to taste)
  6. 1/2 tbsp Salt (or to taste)
  7. 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  8. 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  9. 5-6 Green Chillies Chopped
  10. 1 Large Onion Sliced
  11. 2 tbsp Mint Leaves Chopped
  12. 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander Chopped
  13. 1 Cup Fried Onion
  14. 2 & ½ Liter Water
  15. 1 Cinnamon Stick
  16. 4-5 Cloves
  17. 1/2 Tsp Black Peppercorn
  18. 2-3 Green Cardamom
  19. 2 star anise
  20. 2 Bay Leaf
  21. 1 & ½ tbsp Salt
  22. 2 tbsp Vinegar
  23. 500 Gm Sella Rice (Soaked for 30 Mins)
  24. Fresh Coriander
  25. Mint leaves
  26. Fried Onion
  27. 5-6 tbsp Oil
  28. 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
  29. 1/2 Tsp Yellow Food Colour
  30. 1 tbsp Kewra Water

Steps to make to make Simplest Chicken Biryani

  1. In A Bowl Add Chicken,Yogurt,Turmeric,Red Chilli Powder,Coriander Powder,Ginger Garlic Paste,Green Chilli Chopped,Onion,Mint Leaves,Fresh Coriander,Fried Onion & Mix Well. Marinate The Chicken For 40-45 Mins.
  2. In A Bowl Add Potato, Food Colour Mix Well and Set Aside.
  3. In a Pot Add Oil And Colour Potato and Fry Until Golden Brown and Set Aside.
  4. Add Cumin Seeds,Marinated Chicken & Stir Fry For 2-3 Mins.
  5. Add Fry Potato and Mix well.
  6. Cover and Cook on low Flame for 15-20 Mins.
  7. Remove The Lid and Cook On High Flame Until Oil Separates. Now Turn The Flame Off.
  8. In a Pot Add Water,Cinnamon Stick,Cloves,Black Peppercorn,Bay Leaf,Star Anis,Black Cardamom,Green Cardamom,Salt,Vinegar & Bring It to Boil.
  9. Add Rice & Let It Cook ¾ Done (Approx 8-10 Mins) Strain & Set Aside.
  10. Take A Pot Grace With Oil Add Half Amount Of Rice,Korma,Fresh Coriander Mint Leaves,fried Onion
  11. Dissolve Yellow Food Colour In Kewra Water and Add In it.
  12. Cover and Steam Cook On Low Flame for 8-10 Mins.
  13. Mix Well.
  14. Serve....!!
