  28. 1 tsp. Sugar(obt)
  29. As needed Curd

Instructions to make to make Hoch Poch Khichdi

  1. Wash dal properly and soak 1/2hr. Wash rice and soak 1/2hr.
  2. Now make tadka in a cooker. Heat butter when melt add fennel seeds all khada masala and vegetables.curry patta coriander stir well. Now add dal and boil. For 4-5min. Add rice and milk salt and sugarmix well. and cover the lid. Make 2whistle and open. Stir.
  3. Now heat butter in another vessel. Make two pc.of Almond cashewnut and roast add curry leaves kissmiss peanuts roast and mix in akhichdi cover and cook for 2-3min.on slow flame. Serve with curd. onion and tomato. Yummy delicious khichdi is ready to serve.
