  1. Take a pan add 1 tbsp ghee in it then add asofetida curry leaves cumin seeds carom seeds saute for a mnt. Then add boiled mashed potatoes saute it Then add spices and cook for 2 to 3 mnts. add some crushed peanuts. Stuffing is ready. let it cool down
  2. In another pan add sago powder and samak powder salt to taste black pepper carom seeds some chopped coriander leaves curd 1 tbsp peanut powder mix well and prepare a smooth batter and let it rest for 5 mnts.
  3. Take a pan or tava. greased it with desi ghee. sread a spoonful batter on it eventualy.
  4. Then add stuffing on it. then again spread some batter
  5. Then garnish with chopped tomato crushed nuts and chopped coriande leaves
  6. Spread some ghee on it and flip gently and cook for another two mnts
