- Heat ghee and oil in a pan. Add bay leaf,cloves and black pepper and saute for 15 second. Add onion and garlic and saute till onion turn translucent.


- Add tomatoes and continue frying till they turn mushy.

- Add chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and boiled soya chunks and mix well. Add the chopped mint and coriander.



- Whisk yogurt and mix almond milk and add to the pan.


- Continue to cook till the gravy is thick which means absorbed by soya chunks. Add the biryani masala and mix well.
