  2. Marinate prepared rice with yoghurt for 2 to 3 hours.
  3. Prepare paste of ginger garlic and chilli.
  4. Prepare better of gramflour with warm water by adding chillie powder,Turmeric powder and salt to it.
  5. Add the marinated rice to batter
  6. For more taste add paste,garam masala and sugar to it.
  7. Mix batter well.
  8. Hot oil in pan for deep fry of fritters.
  9. Add some baking powder/soda,coriander leaves and hot oil to batter.
  10. Make fritters and serve hot with any chutney aur sauce.
