- Rinse the rice π then soak in water minimum 30 minutes ⏰


- Heat the oil π’️ in a pan π³,add sliced onion π° until light brown then add ginger and garlic paste mix well


- Add whole garam masala,garam masala powder,red chili powder πΆ️, fresh green chili, tomatoes π

- Add boiled Chickpeas in the onion π° keep stirring until mix well then add yogurt and keep stirring until mixed well then add water π¦ let simmer on medium flameπ₯ until boil

- After few minutes later uncovered the rice π and stir again, add mango pickle π₯stir again then cover again with a lid cook in steam for 10 minutes ⏰ on low flame π₯

- After 10 minutes remove from the flameπ₯ mix them nicely and serve hot in a plate
